WELL BEING and MINDFULNESS

Each morning we will start British style by putting on the kettle. There is nothing like a good cup of tea to start the day! And in this case it will most definitely be a herbal one! Whether it’s outside or inside, we will take time to enjoy a ‘moment’ and give space to connect with oneself and also to connect with each other. This is reflective of Aurora Alternative’s intention to build a strong community together where we feel safe to be seen, to be heard and to grow. We will draw upon a range of mindfulness tools, meditation, exercise, fresh air, gardening, laughter, play and art to name a few.
